Juicing, in our opinion, is one of the best ways to detox your body from toxins, boost your immune system, help you with your weight loss goals and recharge your body’s state of health.  More than likely you’ll experience less energy at first because juicing takes the fiber out of your diet to infuse you with pure nutrients. You will need lots of water to keep you filled up!  Juice is readily absorbed in the bloodstream to offer immediate benefits.

Because your body spends about 70% of its time digesting your food and considering the average person eats 3 meals a day and snacks in between, your body is constantly working hard to fuel your body. Juicing can help give your body the restart it needs.


Get Ready, Set, Juice!

When you start your juice fast, start with a 1-3 days. Your body won’t likely be ready for such drastic changes in your diet, so gradually ramp up to to 5-10 days.  We encourage you to set realistic goals, keep well hydrated and get plenty of greens in your juice for optimum nutrients.  Don’t forget the importance of easing back into a normal diet with lighter food choices, especially if you go for a 30 – 60 day juice fast.

As you progress through your journey of juicing, you will begin to see and feel incredible results! If you have a health condition that concerns you always consult with your physician before making big changes.
