Blueberries Power Up Your Health + Recipe

Blueberry blog

We’re celebrating blueberry month in July!   And, we are venturing out with the kids to pick blueberries at our local blueberry farm today!

Blueberries have powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties that may help protect against diseases like cancer, heart disease and diabetes. They’re also good for your immune system, vision, fat management, bone health, constipation/bladder health and brain power.

Cutting calories without sacrificing nutrition is easy with a fruit like blueberries. Add them to your pancakes, smoothies, and salads. Or try a Green Chew, which is packed with antioxidant strength of 20 cartons of blueberries! You can grab a bag in our shop over here.
