Valentine’s Day Gratitude

On this Valentine’s Day, we are so blessed and thankful for our audience and want to express our gratitude for your following!

Whether or not you have family and friends close by (or a few furry pets to cuddle with!), we would love for you to share your gratitude this Valentine’s day and write down all the things you are blessed with.

One great thing about gratitude is that you can never have too much of it! The more grateful we are, the happier we are, and the more effectively we’re able to cope with life’s challenges.

Having gratitude can make the heart happy and the future more focused and peaceful.  If you are looking for some sweet treats to go along with that happy and peaceful heart this Valentine’s Day, try going for a healthy alternative!  Why not opt for some dark chocolate, frozen yogurt covered strawberries and cherries or dipped pretzels with sprinkles – YES please!

3.17 oz Ghiradelli chocolate Intense Dark™ 86% Cacao all natural  OR
3.5 oz Lindt “Excellence” with 90% Cocoa Supreme Dark
1 tsp butter
1/2 cup macadamia nuts, 1/2 cup raw almonds, 1/2 cup Raw walnuts
1 Stevia packet or 2 if you like it sweeter

Microwave chocolate and butter in a medium-size glass bowl for 1 minute, stirring every 15 seconds or use double boiler stirring constantly. Add the nuts to the melted chocolate mixture and stir.

Spread out on a plate sprayed with non-stick spray.

Refrigerate for 45 minutes, break apart into small bite sizes and enjoy!
