We know you’ve got a busy lifestyle and we have some great ideas to help you stick to your New Year’s Resolution and keep it healthy all year long!

Our TOP health tips to make your resolution last longer:

Start prepping on Sunday.
Whether you work at home or in a corporate workplace, chop up some fruits and veggies to snack on while prepping dinner. Bag up smaller portions of crackers, nuts, cereal and other healthy snack foods to grab on the go, or for an easy to manage snack attack. Prepping your portions will give you more control of your diet.

Fill up on fluids.
If you’re not drinking enough water, your body cannot function properly, which will hinder your ability to lose weight and boost energy.

Don’t forget strength training.
Cardio training is one of the best ways to manage weight and stress, but won’t build much muscle. When it is combined with strength training, you will bump up your calorie burn more.

Get your rest.
Sleep deprivation can throw hormones that control appetite out of whack, which will make you hungrier and cause you to eat more. Try catching an hour more until you feel you’ve gained control of deprivation and notice a more balanced diet.

Choose more organic, non GMO foods
Some of the chemicals in plastics and pesticides are endocrine disruptors called obesogens, which can set you up for weight gain, according to de Gersdorff. Choose organic foods in BPA – free packaging whenever possible. The more you can eliminate toxins the healthier you will be!

• Buy only local, organic meat.
